HUG ME Ink will be hosting our 2nd Annual HEALTHY MINDS, HEALTHY HEARTS: A Mental Health Wellness Conference on Saturday, October 10, 2026 at the IBC Bank Conference Center located in San Antonio, Texas.

Our Healthy Minds, Healthy Hearts initiative is driven by the following goals:
• Equipping our community with the tools needed to support personal growth and recovery.
• Encouraging individuals to leave the past behind and move forward toward their dreams.
• Empowering each person to be a catalyst for positive change within their commUNITY.

We believe that bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds creates a valuable opportunity to collaborate, connect, and develop stronger solutions as a united community.

- Arts

- Peer Support

- Wellness

- Transitional Ages (Youth and Seniors)

- Veterans
